Yorisha Harty To All Instructors

¡Hola amigos!  I am Rish Harty and am so excited to begin my journey teaching Spanish to your children under my vendor name: North Latitude Learning LLC.  I have been living in Alaska with my husband and three daughters for the last 14 years and am so blessed to call this lovely state my home.  This is the longest I have ever lived in one place and I can’t imagine leaving all the things I love about Alaska like fishing, skiing, hiking and backpacking. I homeschooled all three of my daughters and firmly believe that homeschooling is an excellent choice to provide parents full autonomy of their child’s education and growth into productive adults.  I have been a part of Eagle River Homeschool since its inception in many different roles.  I have taught Spanish I and II to high schoolers for several years.  My Spanish-speaking background comes from my experiences as a youngster living overseas.  I lived in Spain with an American mother and a French father, so I spoke all three languages concurrently.
