Emily Soule To All Instructors

Emily is a lifelong Alaskan, wife, and mother. She is also a homeschool grad herself (class of 2000!) and has several years' experience as a homeschool parent to her two sons. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from UAA in 2007 and has continuing education credits in early childhood development. Before family life, Emily's professional work experience spanned tutorship with ASD, restaurant management, and supervising multiple before-and-after school programs for Camp Fire Alaska. Her volunteer work includes involvement in youth programs like ARCH and Alaska Military Youth Academy, as well as serving as chapter president for MOMS Club International for 2 consecutive years. For the last 8 years, she has owned and operated Mt. Magnificent Microbakery as a home business, but she is eager to get out of her own kitchen and into the community to teach the next generation of bakers and pastry chefs! Emily's hobbies include reading, outdoor recreation, cooking/baking, and traveling. Her favorite is doing all of these things with her family :)
