Multimedia / Photo Policy

  1. Eagle River Homeschool has my consent to the use of photographs, videos, and audio recordings taken during the course of the school year for publicity, promotional and/or educational purposes (including publications, presentations or broadcast via newspaper, internet or other media sources) for an indefinite period of time. This consent includes the use and editing of my child’s image, voice, and name in media projects by Eagle River Homeschool to be posted on websites and social media.  I do this with full knowledge and consent and waive all claims for compensation for use or for damages.

  2. Eagle River Homeschool cannot be held responsible for what other members may do with their own photos/videos that they have captured.

  3. I understand that if I choose NOT to agree to this media policy, it will be my responsibility to refrain from assembling for any staged group photos.  

 

*If you DO NOT AGREE to these terms, you must upload a picture. Please upload a picture of the student(s) you wish to NOT be shared.  The picture will only be visible to Eagle River Homeschool Board members and teachers. This is to ensure that we can correctly identify the student(s) whose photo does not wish to be shared when considering what pictures to post.

When uploading a picture please consider the following:

  • Upload one picture for each student.
  • The student must be the ONLY one in the picture - NO Family photos.
  • Please make sure the picture is current.
  • The student's face must be clearly visible in the picture.
